COSHH Security Cabinets are ideal for the storage of hazardous chemicals and liquids. Our range of Grey COSHH Security Cabinets follow COSHH regulations. This ensures they provide a safe and secure cabinet. Manufactured from 1.2mm steel with a fully welded design. It provides a heavy duty solution to store hazardous substances. We also offer optional features that include extra shelves. As well as a superior anti-pick locking mechanism.
Included within the cabinet is an adjustable galvanised shelf. That helps direct spills to a leaf proof sump. This feature is ideal to contain spills and leaks. This is essential as these can be harmful to our health. Our CoSHH Security Cupboards provide secure, organised storage for substances and materials that require controlled access in the workplace. Designed and manufactured in the UK, these cupboards combine robust steel construction with enhanced locking features. This protects hazardous substances from unauthorised access in busy work environments. Available in a range of sizes, they are suitable for workplaces including industrial facilities, warehouses, workshops, laboratories and more. The range includes compact and larger floor-standing options to suit different storage requirements. Cabinets are available in a range of sizes, including widths of 260, 900 and 1200mm. Many options include a shelf. The smallest sump capacity is 7 litres, with larger cabinets featuring an18-litre sump capacity. SECURE STORAGE FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
Security is a key feature of these CoSHH cupboards, making them suitable for storing hazardous substances to prevent unauthorised access. The durable cabinet doors include a two-point locking mechanism that secures the doors into the cabinet carcass. While the high security seven lever safe lock provides an additional level of security. With a strong construction, the doors feature a retaining rail designed to help prevent the hinge and door from being tampered with. ROBUST STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Built for demanding workplaces, our CoSHH Security Cupboards feature robust 1.2mm mild steel construction and secure steel doors with full-length continuous hinges and retaining rails. Return bends around the door aperture help create a secure enclosed design. Each cupboard features an integral liquid-tight sump to contain accidental spills, with capacities from 7 to 18 litres depending on the model. Adjustable galvanised steel shelves provide spill-retaining storage with a 140kg UDL. The cupboards are also non-combustible and certified to EN 13501-1, A2-s2, providing a certified Reaction to Fire Classification.
DURABLE POWDER-COATED FINISH
Manufactured in the UK, each cupboard undergoes a three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating process before the carcass and doors receive an epoxy polyester full-gloss powder coating. The coating stoves at 180°C and incorporates Germ Guard antibacterial compound for an additional protective feature. Finished in Graphite Grey, RAL 7024, the cupboards provide a professional and durable appearance suited to a wide range of workplace environments. Regularly clean the powder-coated finish with warm soapy water or a foaming cleaner. Additionally, lightly lubricate the hinges and lock as required to maintain smooth operation over time.
