The stations store absorbent materials and kits such as rolls, sheets and socks for quick access when you need them most.
In addition, the stations feature a lockable cupboard, fitted with a cam lock or latch lock to suit your personal preference. Secure storage is ideal for extra keeping extra absorbents for emergencies. Stations are built to meet Reaction to Fire Classification EN 13501-1 with a strong steel construction of 0.7mm with a pop riveted carcass.
Marine Spill Kits
Our Marine Spill Kit is ideal for dealing with large spills and emergency situations that may occur in ponds, lakes, docks and more. It's important that harmful chemicals do not spread throughout waters and potentially harm wildlife. Therefore, spill kits are vital to contain pollution. Our kits include containment booms, that float on the water, as well as PPE, loose granules, EcoMats, waste bags, wipes and a wheelie bin. This kit is ideal for work and maintenance in outdoor marine areas.
This kit is also available in an extra-large version for larger spills. This contains the same products just in a higher quantity. Refills for both-size marine kits are also available.
Loose Granules
Our Peat Granules fully absorb a significant spill of harmful liquids such as oil spills, chemicals, acids and cleaning solutions as well as fumes. Unlike typical clay granules, the product will become dry to the touch once absorbed, not leaving behind any residue.
They are a hydrophobic product, meaning they will not absorb water. This means they can be used within water to separate two products. Up to 20 times less product is required to clean up the same size spill compared to using clay granules. They are also lighter once absorbed, saving you money on disposal costs.
These loose granules are also sustainable and eco-friendly, meaning while keeping your staff safe, you can also help the environment. In addition, a key benefit is the quick disposal and clean up of the spill, ensuring work can be resumed as soon as possible.
Absorbent pillows and EcoMats
Pillows and mats are perfect for emergency spills. Simply place the mat or pillow over the spillage, and it will be immediately soaked up.
Once the hazardous liquid is soaked up, it is important the product is discarded accordingly in a hazardous waste bin. If the spillage was non-hazardous, the mat or pillow can be placed to dry naturally and reused.Our Ecomats are available in a pack of 4 or 6 options to absorb chemicals, heavy metals and much more.
Land Spill kits
Spill kits are available to have in your environment at all times so you can be prepared for leaks or spillages that may occur. Our standard land spill kit can soak up a spillage of up to 200L with refills available. In our spill kits, we make sure to include PPE, to keep your staff safe, along with wipes, disposal bags, a wheelie bin, socks, loose granules and EcoMats.
An extra large land spill kit is also available for environments where larger spillages may occur. This kit includes the same products as the standard, just at a higher volume. This kit also has a refill available.
