STATION 1 SPILL KIT
Our best-selling SpillZone is a specialist Kit featuring an internal shelf, roller bars and a lockable cupboard for a range of environments. The spill kit features roll holders and compartments designed to store absorbent rolls, sheets and socks. There is also a lockable cupboard for additional storage and absorbent replenishments. A spill kit station is an effective solution, offering quick and easy access to absorbents. It is suitable for use in workplaces, industrial factories and any area working with chemicals regularly. The station can hold sheets up to 40cm thick on the roller bars. Please note that spill absorbents are not included, but are shown for application only.
This functional kit option features roller bars and a shelf with a full cupboard door for on-hand storage. The dimensions of the kit are H1820 x W550 x D550 to fit compact workplaces. We offer 2 other kit options available, with a half-cupboard option and a quick-reach option to suit your workplace and personal preferences.

This meets CoSHH Regulations, ensuring spills are cleaned up and disposed of safely. We advise carrying out a risk assessment to see if your workplace could benefit. The spill kits are there to protect employees from injury when working with hazardous materials to avoid contact with skin, eyes and more.
Additionally, it reduces safety risks linked to spills, ensuring they’re addressed promptly and efficiently to help avoid further incidents and prevent additional accidents. Moreover, the kit is a great solution to hold rolls, sheets and absorbent socks all in one place, so that no matter what the spillage, it can be resolved in the proper process. Furthermore, SpillZone stations are built to Reaction to Fire Classification EN 13501-1 Standards, meaning they are non-combustible for use in many environments.
LOCK OPTIONS
The spill kit features a lockable cupboard at the bottom, which allows users to replenish absorbents easily and provides storage. The yellow cupboard is available with 2 different lock options, including both cam locks and latch locks. They are both great options for a busy work environment. A latch lock is ideal for use with multiple users and can be opened by anyone. One downside of this is that the lock is less secure, with closure without locking if a padlock is not used.
In comparison, the cam lock is a secure locking option for the cupboard and is a standard option across many cupboards. It features over 2,000 differs for improved security. This makes it a good solution to restrict access to authorised personnel only, with 2 keys supplied. A cam lock is a durable option to withstand regular use with security at the forefront.

The station can be maintained with regular cleaning and soapy water or foaming cleanser to maintain hygiene. The cupboard hinges and lock can be maintained with light use of light oil. In addition, the station is fully welded with a strong construction. Furthermore, this means that the station requires no assembly, with delivery fully assembled.
STURDY CONSTRUCTION
For added durability and protection, the unit is finished with a high-quality powder coating in blue (RAL 5017) and yellow (RAL 1006). This robust paint finish not only enhances the appearance of the unit but also protects it from the wear and tear of daily use. Whilst helping to maintain its professional look while extending the product’s lifespan.
The SpillZone coating also features Germ Guard Active Technology, an anti-bacterial finish designed to help maintain workplace hygiene. Protecting frequently touched surfaces, it helps reduce the spread of germs and bacteria in busy working environments in line with Health and Safety Standards.
Constructed from 0.7 mm mild steel, the unit benefits from a sturdy design with a pop-riveted carcass for additional strength and structural integrity. Moreover, this durable steel construction is built to withstand demanding industrial environments and regular use. This helps businesses maintain safe, organised workplaces while supporting compliance.
