CoSHH stands for Control of Substances Hazardous to Health, which can include paints, vapours, chemicals, aerosols and biological agents. These are found in busy work environments and need to be considered in risk assessments to protect employees and overall safety. Our cabinets are available in smaller sizes and large cupboards with shelving included. This easily organises your dangerous materials to prevent overcrowding and the likelihood of spillages. Across this range we offer many different size options, available in four widths including 350, 460, 900 and 1200mm. Each of our cabinets is fitted with an integral sump, with capacities ranging from 3 to 18 litres. Moreover, this is ideal to improve safety in the workplace, preventing hazardous materials from spilling and causing injury. In addition, any spilt liquids should be cleaned up with absorbents and hazardous waste bins to ensure risk assessment protocol is followed.
CABINETS BUILT WITH COMPLIANCE
Our CoSHH Cabinets are ideal to meet CoSHH Regulations with full compliance in your business. These cabinets are certified to EN 13501-1, A2-s2 Standards for storage of hazardous substances. In addition, they meet Fire Classification standards with non-combustible properties for use in various environments. The powder-coated grey colour finish is associated with storing harmful substances that are irritable with contact with skin, lungs, eyes and more.
It features an integral liquid-tight sump which is 1.2mm and fully welded and leak-proof to keep spills contained. This prevents injury and contact with the public. This enclosed lower sump is located at the bottom, beneath shelves and can hold up to 18 litres on our larger products.
