With louvered doors for ventilation, it ensures there will be no build-up of gases within. These cabinets also include spill-retaining galvanised shelves. These help direct spills to an integral sump. It's important to clear up all spillages sooner than later to ensure that there is no build-up of chemicals.

OUR RANGE OF STORAGE CABINETS
Our Agrochemical & Pesticide Storage Cabinets are available in a comprehensive range of sizes. Simply select the size to accommodate different quantities of agricultural chemicals and pesticide containers. We have many compact options for areas where space is limited. In comparison, we offer larger floor-standing cabinets with multiple shelves for higher-volume storage. Floor versions are available from 700mm to 1800mm high, with our models offering one, two or three adjustable shelves. Plus, there are sump capacities from 3 to 18 litres. With a variety of dimensions available, our cabinets make effective use of available space, while providing security for agrochemicals and pesticides.
WHAT IS AGROCHEMICAL & PESTICIDE STORAGE?
Agrochemical and pesticide storage provides a dedicated and controlled area for storing products used in agricultural, horticultural and related working environments. Keeping these substances within a purpose-built cabinet helps create a clearly defined storage location. In addition, it supports better organisation of potentially hazardous products. Furthermore, the cabinets are fitted with adjustable, spill-retaining galvanised shelves, allowing containers of different sizes to be positioned. This secures materials and contains liquid leaks or spills. All models are fully welded with a liquid-tight integral sump at the bottom of the cupboard. This offers additional containment should liquids escape from their containers. Sump capacities vary according to cabinet size, ranging from 3 to 18 litres. This is easy to find at the base of floor-standing models. Our cabinets are delivered fully assembled, while replacement locks and spare keys are available on request.
SECURE AND LOCKABLE CABINETS
Maintaining controlled access is an important consideration when storing pesticides and agrochemicals. These cabinets feature a robust, 'no snag' two-point locking mechanism and an all-metal key-locking handle. It is supplied with 2 keys, helping to restrict access to authorised personnel only. The doors are constructed from 0.9mm mild steel. While the hinges are securely spot welded to provide a strong connection between the door and carcass. The door aperture also features return bends designed to eliminate open gaps. Warning and hazardous labels are included with the cabinets, making it easier to identify the nature of the stored content. In addition, this is great for busy and demanding workplaces, with clear visual identification.
CERTIFIED STEEL CABINETS
Manufactured from steel, these cabinets combine a robust construction with a finish specifically suited to demanding workplace environments. The durable carcass is manufactured from 0.7mm mild steel using a pop-riveted construction. In addition, the doors are made from thicker 0.9mm mild steel. The cabinets meet Reaction to Fire Classification to EN 13501-1, suitable for use in professional environments. Finished in red RAL 3003, the powder-coated exterior provides a distinctive appearance. This can help differentiate the cabinet within a workplace and identify it as dedicated hazardous storage. The supplied warning and hazardous labels provide further visual identification of the cabinet's intended use.
BUILT TO LAST
Designed and manufactured in the UK, these Agrochemical & Pesticide Storage Cabinets are constructed from durable steel components. This offers a reliable storage solution for demanding workplace environments. Before finishing, the cabinets undergo a three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating process, followed by an epoxy polyester full-gloss powder coating that is stoved at 180°C. The in depth coating process incorporates a Germ Guard anti-bacterial compound, adding an additional layer to the surface finish. Inside the cabinet are adjustable galvanised shelves. Built for everyday use, these have a 50kg UDL, giving each shelf a substantial load capacity for storing substances. The 1.2mm mild steel integral sump is fully welded to provide a robust liquid-containment area. Moreover, we offer a 1 year warranty for extra peace of mind.
