Low Profile Lift Tables

At Workplace Products, we offer a range of low-profile lift tables, made to the highest quality for shipping in the UK and Ireland. Our low profile lift tables are the perfect solution to workplace ergonomics for pallet packing stations and transporting stock.

They are ideal to avoid the operator's bending and stretching within pallets when packing or unpacking. The low profile design ensures convenient loading via a pallet truck. Meaning a forklift may not always be needed, to improve speed and efficiency.

What is a Low Profile Lift Table?

A low-profile lift table is a static platform that raises loads to achieve a comfortable working height with a lifting mechanism. This is useful to eliminate operator bending when packing pallets or removing stock from full pallets. The low closed height means pallets can be loaded easily with use of a pallet truck to improve warehouse processes and efficiency. For non-pallet applications, boxes can lower quickly with a touch of a button, reducing strain and preventing workplace injury.

Range of capacities

We offer a range of load capacities to suit your environment and heavy-duty needs. Featuring 500 kg, 600 kg, 1000 kg up to 2000 kg load capacity options. Other differences include the lift height, with similar button use and impressive warranty across the range. Accessories are available, including an extra hand controller and a limit switch.

Our best-selling 1000kg Low Profile Lift Table is the ideal solution for warehouses and factory environments, managing loads up to 1000kg. It is available in 2 table widths and features a single scissor mechanism and free free-standing motor. This allows operators to easily load the platforms with a pallet truck. Raise and lower with a hydraulic pump, controlled by buttons.

Our high-quality scissor tables are fully tested prior to shipping, ready to use in your warehouse facility. Each lift table is CE Marked and compliant to the requirements of EN 1570-1+A1, 2nd version 2014-10-09 Standards.

Types of Lift Tables

As Leading UK Supplier's we sell standard lift tables and U-shape lift tables, for the perfect lifting solution to work with different pallet types. The standard low profile lift table is typically for use alongside closed-bottom pallets, typically used within UK pallets. This allows loading with a pallet truck and ramp for the pallet to easily roll onto the platform. An example is our CE Marked 1000kg Low profile lift table, complete with a control box and access ramp.

To compare, the U-shaped lift table is ideal for use with Euro pallets. These feature an open bottom, and pallets will directly load onto the platform without the use of a ramp. Our 600kg U-Shape Low Profile Lift Table is the ideal example, with only the best electrical components.

Benefits of Low Profile Lift Tables

Reduces stain

Our Low Profile Lift Tables improve workplace safety. This is achieved by reducing bending and stretching when filing and unpacking pallets in warehouses and factory environments. Instead, the lift table provides easy loading via pallet trucks for single operator use.

Tables for your pallets

Whether you require a lift table for EUR or UK pallets, we have a range to ensure a comfortable working level is achievable. U-shaped tables do not require a ramp, as used with a pallet truck to offload the pallet.

Improved efficiency

The lift table reduces strain, streamlining the loading and unloading of pallets to provide greater flexibility for both the operator and pallet sizes for industrial environments. Therefore, the material handling is quicker at ground level.

Maintenance

Built from a robust steel construction, the tables are long-term investments with warranties to match this quality. With this in mind, it means the cost of ownership is worthwhile for use across many years. As it meets regulation standards, the tables avoid electronic overload, hydraulic failures and low voltage to ensure longevity.
