CANTILEVER ESD WORKBENCH
The workbench features a 250kg Load Capacity, suitable for industrial workplaces with assembly or repairs on electronic applications. The workbench is durable with a fully welded cantilever framework and a powder-coated light grey finish. A key feature is the adjustable feet for easy levelling on floor surfaces.
The cantilever framework has a range of benefits to improve ergonomics and comfort when working. This framework means that the workbench is at the rear of the bench, allowing more foot space underneath the bench for sitting and collaborative work with teams. These workbenches are ideal for a range of spaces, with 3 width sizes available and a working height of 840mm for improved ergonomics.

BENEFITS OF ESD PROTECTION
ESD protection is at the forefront of this workbench design. The workbench is a great solution to create an electrostatic protected areas in the workplace. Incorporated in the design is 4mm sockets for easy fitting of wrist strap, which is an optional accessory. This esd protected workbench has static dissipative features for static-controlled areas for production lines or work zones.
These workbenches are a great choice for electronics work including circuits, components, microchips, sensors and microprocessors plus more. Even a small discharge as low as 10V can cause damage to electronics, therefore protection is key. An ESD Workbench is the perfect solution, preventing the buildup of static electricity.
ANTI-STATIC ACCESSORIES
We offer specialist anti-static accessories to improve your space and create electrostatic protection for safety at work. A key accessory is the earth/ground lead, which allows static electricity to travel to the ground for ESD protection of electrical components you may be working on.
In addition, the RCD circuit breaker is essential, preventing electric shocks from occurring. This reduces the chances of electric shock and protects against electrical fires. Another accessory we recommend is the earth/ground plug, which discharges static energy over time. In turn, this creates a safe path to ground for electricity, which can ultimately save lives from a bare live wire. CHOICE OF WORKTOPS
We offer two high quality esd workbenches offer that provide safety when working with electronic items. The Neostat worktop is a grey synthetic rubber material with high-performance anti-static properties. This worktop is 2mm thick bonded to a 18mm thick particle board substrate. The worksurface has a leakage resistance of 105-107 ohms.
In comparison, the Lamstat is a light grey colour and provides a hard and high-pressure dissipative laminate surface. Both of these worktops are heat, chemical and solder resistant for use in a variety of work areas. The Lamstat worktop has a leakage resistance of 106-108 ohms, at 1mm thick bonded to a 18mm thick particle board with balancing laminate on the reverse.
BUILD YOUR BENCH
As workbench specialists, we offer a wide range of accessories for above and below the workbench to make it as customised as possible to your requirements. Above bench accessories include support posts, upper shelves, lighting, and more. Upper shelves are ideal for extra storage with quick access when working.
We offer a variety of storage options for below the desk including 3 drawer and cupboard configurations. These are available in a variety of powder-coated colour finishes. Other accessories we recommend include ESD matting and industrial stools for long hours working at the bench.
We also offer extension benches, allowing you to extend your static dissipative work surface space for larger projects or collaborative work. If you already have this bench, the extension benches can be added on at a later date to expand your space.
