These pallet racking systems provide a perfect storage solution for any warehouse our factory. Our Pallet racking kits come in a range of sizes to store up to 12-16 pallets with options of 2 or 3 levels. These specific pallet racking store UK Pallets that are: D1000mm x W1200mm as our frames are D900mm and can store these pallets with ease. Whilst providing a racking unit with heavy duty features, the beams can be pitched every 500mm to give the ability to provide the room for bulky items stored on pallets.
Frames are Galvanised Steel, ideal for storing goods in damp environments. Beams are powder-coated with a high visibility Yellow, perfect for ensuring safety in the warehouse. Pallet racking kits that are 3000mm high can accommodate up to 12 palletised goods up to 1000mm high. Kits 4 metres high can house up to 12 palletised items that are 1500mm high. Racking kits 5m high can hold up to 16 palletised boxes 1200mm high.
Each kit includes one Starter Bay and one Extension Bay. The beams supplied are 2700mm long, ideal for storing up to 2 pallets per bay level. The kit includes frames, beams, locking pins, levelling shims and floor fixings necessary to get you started.
