Durable Construction
We manufacture Tuff Lockers from strong 0.7mm thick mild steel. They have a tough powder coated surface. This finish protects against scratches, rust, and daily wear. Built to last in busy environments, they retain a smart and professional appearance for years.
For greater strength, we reinforce all doors with rubber buffers, which improves durability and reduces noise during use. A door stiffener is also spot welded in the centre of the door (except 6 door units) to prevent the door buckling. Air ventilation holes promote airflow, helping to reduce moisture build-up, prevent unpleasant odours, and keep stored items fresh and hygienic over time. Inside, galvanised shelves provide excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring the lockers remain practical and reliable even in demanding conditions.
Each locker has a light grey powder coated body. This colour provides a clean and neutral look. It fits well in schools, offices, leisure centres, and industrial workplaces. Customers can personalise their lockers with a wide choice of door colours.
