The Armour range of Primary School lockers are ideal for children at key stages 1 and 2. The lockers have a reduced height, but still feature the same high quality design and specification as the Armour Standard Lockers. This includes the same strong, durable 0.7mm steel carcass, with strengthened and ventilated doors. It also means that the range is certified to EN 13501-1, A2-s2; ensuring the lockers can be used in school hallways as they are classed as non-combustible and will prevent the escalation of fire in case of one.
As standard, the primary school lockers are supplied with key locks for the most secure storage. This can be upgraded to a swivel catch which proves very popular with primary school as it allows children to easily open and shut their own locker. The swivel catch can be securely closed with a padlock where required.
Doors are available in 7 of the popular primary school colours, including dark and light blue, red, green and yellow. There are also more neutral options in light and dark grey doors.
Each locker compartment is complete with a rust-resisting galvanised shelf, which also helps prevent unauthorised access to the compartment below. All Armour lockers are powder coated with anti-bacterial Germ Guard Active Technology to stop the spread and growth of bacteria.
