Our Demountable Cage Trolley 500kg features with 2 sides and are regularly supplied to retailers and warehousing companies. Each cage trolley can be completely dismantled when not in use, with the sides able to be fully removed from the base. This makes them very easy to store when not in use and on vehicles during return journeys. It helps reduce transport costs as the collapsed roll pallets take up less space and require fewer vehicles to transport them back to base.
Each unit is quick and easy to assemble. The sides simply slot in to the wheeled base unit, with any additional shelves and sides slotting in too. The result is a high-quality steel cage trolley, mobile on robust PP nylon castors.
This range comes in 3 cage heights and has the option to add 1 or 2 additional sides to the 2 supplied to create a 3 or 4 sided roll pallet. Demountable Cage Trolley 500kg are made from full 50 x 50mm steel mesh infill sides, fitted to a frame of high quality 20 - 25mm tubular steel. It is then finished in bright zinc plate and gold passivate finishers for high durability. It also helps make them more resistant to corrosion.
