Our Recent Office Project!

The Brief📋

We were contacted by Beacon, a highly valued Transport company in the industry to upgrade their new office space for their new premises! With time not on our side we got to work thinking about what is it Beacon require from their office space. Beacon asked for a light and modern space that is functional with their day-to-day duties in mind.

The Process⚒️

When beginning this project our specialist sales team took the time to establish what Beacon require in their new office space, as it may be different to what they currently have.

As they are entering a new business premises, we want the room to be tailored to their needs and work with all the space available.

During our Free Site Visit we sized up and compiled drawings in person for Beacon to follow the process throughout. Following this we created a 3D drawing to visualise what it was going to look like when completed.

How did we help?💭

Following our site visit and drawings, our team took time to establish what products would work in the space and benefit the team the most.

Establishing Beacon’s key needs:

Working Closely: We know they are a small team that work closely together. Therefore , they will require privacy screens to segregate desk spaces, whilst keeping them in close contact.
Storage: For executive members of the team we understand they require additional desk space with under-desk storage.
Comfortable Working: As the team will be spending long hours behind their desks, we understand moving around to interact and collaborate with the team is essential. That’s why we think Cantilever desks are ideal for easy manoeuvre in the office space, rather than feeling restricted at a desk.

The Finished Result🪄

Our specialist Installation team visited Beacon to build and install all desks and chairs to ensure they are built to last.

What is the customer’s reaction?

Beacon were pleased with the room configuration and modern feel we have brought to the space. Beacon were particularly happy we considered all team members’ needs and selected furniture to last in their new premises!

We selected a number of Cantilever office desks in Grey Oak, as well as pedestal drawers for additional below-desk storage. As the team were going to be using this long term for 8 hours a day we chose a Mesh back chair with lumbar support.
