Our eKomi Seal of Approval

We really value each and every one of our customers here at Workplace Products. You are the lovely people who decide to use our order lines, purchase our products and take delivery from our couriers. This is why after every order you take delivery of, we send out a little thank you email that gives you the chance to rate our services via our independent feedback page on eKomi.

It means we can read exactly what our customers think, whether the experience was great or needs improvement, and then we can use this valuable information to drive our customers’ experience forward and make it better in the future.

As well as developing and investing in new or improved product lines, we’re always striving to improve all aspects of our service. From the marketing materials we send out, to online buying experience, to the dispatch and delivery of your order, we’re always looking for ways to make things better and easier for all.

As we mentioned earlier in this post, we use eKomi as a portal for customers who have received a complete order from us to rate and comment on our services. So, with all of that in mind we thought it best to explain a little about eKomi: The Feedback Company.

What is eKomi?

eKomi provides an independent and transparent feedback collection. Once we dispatch an order, within the following 5 days eKomi sends you an email containing a feedback link. (If you don’t see en email from eKomi, make sure you check your Junk or Spam folder just incase it has dropped in there). Clicking on this link takes you to a review page on eKomi’s website where you can rate our service out of 5 stars.

You can also make a comment to go with your rating so if you’re leaving us a 5 star rating, why not put a few words down to say where we excelled, or in the rare occurrence you’re leaving us a 4 star review or lower, take the opportunity to tell us where you feel we could improve.

This then gets submitted for review by an eKomi independent review specialist and published on to our Workplace Products eKomi certificate page.

This certificate page displays our last 12 months of reviews and our current overall star rating. It also shows our eKomi seal of approval which means we have met eKomi’s criteria to be awarded a seal of approval and guarantees:

  • A good, reliable level service
  • Safe and transparent online shopping
  • An overall star rating of 4.0 or higher

It also helps new customers to be confident in using Workplace Products as a new supplier they can trust.
