The triangle handle has been positioned ergonomically, reducing the risk of strain whilst moving heavy stock for a long period of time. To put in position, simply utilise the low-maintenance hydraulic pump. This Pallet Truck designers prioritized workplace convenience while ensuring compliance with UKCA and CE Mark standards.

Benefits of Nylon Wheels

Nylon Wheels are designed to deal with harsh working environments, where daily wear and tear is no match. Whilst maintaining a cost-effective price point, they are still capable of moving heavy loads with minimal struggle. This is because of Nylon’s naturally robust nature, improving their rolling resistance.

Negatives of Nylon Wheels

Whilst they are extremely durable, Nylon wheels can be rather noisy when in operation. Additionally, they offer significantly less grip than Polyurethane Wheels, often leaving marks on the floors.

Alternatively, we also offer the TUFF Hand Pallet Truck with PU Wheels. It has all the same benefits as the Nylon Wheel option mentioned before. However, its Polyurethane (PU) wheels do not leave marks. This makes them suitable for a wide range of front-of-house tasks, such as retail work.

Engineers designed both the frame and wheels of this pallet truck to last long periods, featuring an easy-to-clean surface. Despite its small fork size of 550 x 1150mm, it can carry up to 2500kg worth of stock with absolute ease.

Benefits of PU Wheels

Short for Polyurethane, PU is suitable for use on delicate flooring, as it will not leave marks. These wheels have special features that resist chemicals. This makes them great for areas with oil, grease, and other chemicals. This will not diminish their quality, resulting in wheels that will withstand the test of time.

An additional plus is their ability to produce no noise when in movement, even on smooth or slightly uneven floors. This enhances the pallet trucks’ position of being the perfect front-of-house edition to any retail business.

Negatives of PU Wheels

The drawbacks of PU Wheels include their lower loading capacity. Both our Nylon and PU Hand Pallet Trucks can hold 2500kg. However, Nylon handles overloading better. As a result, more trips may be required with this pallet truck to ensure stock is moved efficiently.

PU is also heat-sensitive compared to Nylon. This means that for working environments involving higher levels of heat exposure, Nylon may be the best alternative.

This pallet truck can move stock up to 1500kg. Great for heavy-duty applications, including loading items onto shelves in a warehouse. Unlike a traditional pallet truck, it can lift stock above ground level. To do so, a quick lift pump has been included on this pallet truck, which can lift stock at double speed when loads are less than 200kg.

The fork tips on this pallet truck have been enclosed. This allows for improved reinforcement and guarantees this unique pallet truck will experience a long life. The pressure and overload valves ensure that even in cases where overloading this pallet truck is necessary, it can deal with the stress and not cause integral damage.
