HEAVY DUTY WORKBENCHES

Our Heavy Duty Workbench offers a huge 1200kg load capacity. Manufactured from fully-welded steel to ensure ultimate strength and durability. This is the perfect type for working with heavy duty items.

Available as an accessory with this range are retaining lips. These prevent items for rolling off the workbench - which is common when heavy duty work is being done. For under bench drawer and cupboard units there are various colour options available. Choose a colour for your workplace that all compliment the dark grey powder coated frame.

SQUARE TUBE VS CANTILEVER FRAME

Our Industrial Workbenches are available in two different versions: Square tube and Cantilever. For some of our customers it may be difficult to tell the difference in specs... so let's find out the fundamental differences between the two!

Square tube is named so by the box steel support legs, to provide maximum workbench support. This design prevents the bench from 'paraellogramming', which is particularly common with cheap workbench framework. In comparison, if you work seated throughout shifts, Cantilever style allows movement. The design provides space underneath the bench for parallel chair movement.

Hack: To create larger work spaces, the ranges can joined alongside each other seamlessly. Like the Cantilever and Square Tube, which are UK manufactured.

SQUARE TUBE INDUSTRIAL WORKBENCHES

Our best-selling range (by far), they offer a strong and rigid square tube frame with a choice of 4 worktops. Each workbench can hold a load of up to 500kg evenly distributed. Versatile, robust and offered in several sizes.

Choose a worktop that is suitable for your environment. Worktop choices include MFC, Laminate, Linoleum and Beech. Each have their own benefits. For instance, Laminate is very easy to clean. Whilst Beech has high resistance to scratches from tools.

CANTILEVER WORKBENCHES

The cantilever range offer workbenches with a space-effective frame. Which optimises leg space beneath the worktop. Whilst still providing a stable and robust load capacity of 250kg. Cantilever extension benches are also available to create a larger work space. The range offers the same 4 worktop options as the Square Tube range. Plus the same storage and accessory options.

CHOICE OF WORKTOPS

The majority of our best sellers are available in 3 widths and 4 depths to suit everyone's space. Furthermore, featured workbenches have 2 worktop options; Beech and Laminate. The Laminate worktop is high quality and 20mm thick with a durable surface for general purpose. Due to it's high resistance to oils, this makes it easy to clean. Our solid Beech worktop is 27mm thick and suited for heavy duty requirements. It has a strong resistance to sharp tools, and can be maintained easily, with occasional sanding down.

Our wide range of workbench accessories include under bench storage cupboards and drawer units. As well as an array of accessories that attach to support posts above the bench. Including shelves, back panels with louvre, tool and pin board options. As well tool rails and lighting for the complete set up!
