Rapid Fix Machine Protective Fencing
• Rapid Fix Machine Guarding is a flexible machine protection system that simplifies servicing, repairs and rebuilding
• It allows considerable reduction in the downtime associated with removal of conventional guarding systems
• Rapid Fix saves floor space and is fast to assemble and dismantle
• It allows the machine protection to be placed closer to machines and conveyors
• Complies to current standards for machine safety such as EN-953 and EN-292
• Panels are tested for both static and dynamic loadings
• On site surveys are available together with full CAD design facilities. Please contact our sales department for your requirements
• All Rapid Fix installations can be combined with a safe lock mechanism which meets European Machine Directive 98/37 as well as with the EN-1088 and the EN-954-1, the latter defining five specific categories of safety levels; B, plus 1 to 4
